Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days you will not be eligible for a product return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Anything that is opened will not be excepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In any return situation Oasis H2O will issue a product refund or a new product as replacement for a defective one. Oasis H2O will not bear any shipping costs for new product refunds/replacements, the customer will be responsible for this. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@oasish2o.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to return the item to us in order to receive a new one. 

Lost or Missing Package

Oasis H2O is not responsible for the delivery of packages. Once an order has been processed and sent out any issues regarding missing or lost packages must be resolved through the provided courier.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Water Softeners, or Reverse Osmosis Systems. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or  Gift cards. Oasis H2O will only provide exchange or Store Credit for Change of mind or incorrectly ordered product 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full value of the order minus payment processing fees and shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
