Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Oasis H2O reserves the right to cancel shipping an order based on weight or to remote areas due to high shipping costs. This rarely happens, if so, a full refund will be issued.
ONTARIO
We offer FREE shipping in Ontario only for orders over CA$99. Terms and conditions apply.
Please Note: Items Exceeding 66lbs (30kg) or any Well Pumps do not qualify for free shipping. We don't ship Tanked Water Heaters ( Tankless unit we charge $ 250.00 )
CANADA
We offer Canada Post & UPS shipping rates calculated at checkout for most provinces in Ontario excluding certain North Western Territories. Contact Us for more information at info@oasish2o.ca
Oasis H2O does not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide an exact address for all orders.
USA
We offer Canada Post & Purolator shipping rates calculated at checkout for most States in the USA. Contact Us for more information at info@oasish2o.ca

INTERNATIONAL
Oasis H2O proudly ships worldwide using DHL Worldwide Express shipping rates calculated at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery time may vary depending on the destination and carrier availability.
Please note that due to shipping regulations and carrier limitations, all international orders must be under $2,000 CAD. If your order exceeds this amount, we kindly ask that you split your purchase into multiple orders under this limit.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 68 Pollock Ave, Cambridge, ON. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday & 9AM-1PM on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@oasish2o.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
