The Rusco 3/4" spin-down filter is an ideal filtration choice for the removal of high volumes of course sediment. It features a high-impact clear polymer filter body for quick and easy filter inspection and a polyester filter screen available in a number of different mesh sizes.

A 3/8" ball valve on the bottom of the housing is used to periodically "blow down" collected debris. The Rusco spin-down is an ideal filter cartridge to use on surface water supplies or where sand is present. These filters can also be an excellent way to protect other downstream water filtration equipment and to prolong the lifespan of other sediment-reduction equipment such as finer cartridge filtration.
